Heart Chakra Healing Center
Welcome to the Heart Chakra Healing Center
As you process your way through four weeks of heart chakra work, replenishment and assistance will help you heal to your fullest potential. This site is your healing center to return to as often as needed to gain supplemental meditations and healing concepts to support your journey.
Chakra work can be challenging. You may experience seemingly inexplicable emotional shifts, depressed moods, and even profoundly positive states of being working their way through you, throughout the week. You also may feel not much of anything. These states are normal and all a result of moving negative energy out and positive energy in while resolving complex traumas created during the domestication experienced in this and previous human incarnations. Please commit, and recommit, to the work no matter how painful it may become at times. Remember to rely on your coach to provide emotional support through video messages and chats whenever possible, when needed.
The benefits of resolving these negative, stuck rules, beliefs, and energies can be profound. Undoing these programs running within you now means creating the opportunity for a better future aligned with your soul’s greatest purposes manifest. So strap in, hold on, and enjoy the ride!
HARNESSING YOUR CHAKRA POWER
There are a number of different methods we can use at home to help heal our chakras, including visualizations and meditations, changing old habits, practicing yoga, using crystals and essential oils, and getting the most out of our food. Because different people feel drawn to different healing techniques, a range of methods are offered here. We recommend you choose healing techniques that you feel most drawn to, since one technique is not necessarily better than another for you. That being said, if you’re experiencing physical problems, it may help to begin with dietary changes (energy vitality plan), yoga, massage, acupuncture, and other bodywork first. If your struggles relate to the mind or heart (emotions), meditation, crystal work, or essential oils might be a good starting point.
But before we go there, let’s get acquainted with the Heart Chakra.
The Heart Chakra
holds our connection to both the physical and the spiritual aspects of ourselves. The heart chakra is at a pivotal location—connecting the physical and spiritual chakras—and is also how we get in touch with our Higher Self in relation to the rest of the world (and even the universe). The Sanskrit name is Anahata, which means "unstruck."
Solar Plexus Symbol: Anahata
Location: at the center of the chest.
WHEN OUR heart CHAKRA Is In Harmony We give and receive love genuinely, and cultivate compassion for self and others. It’s our gateway to the soul.
When the heart chakra is out of harmony, we are disconnected from ourselves, have difficulty loving ourselves or giving love from a genuine place, do not feel deserving of love (and therefore have difficulty receiving love), are out of touch with who we are, and develop depression (from lack of connection to self).
The heart chakra is all about being connected with yourself, as well as cultivating joy, self-love, and compassion. Home to the amorous energies, the heart chakra is where gratitude, compassion, patience, acceptance, joy, and love reside. This center is a sacred space that connects you to all other living things. Balance within this chakra means judgments, fears, disappointments, needless suffering, and attitudes of victimization are cleared. When you are anchored in a place of unconditional love for yourself, your heart chakra vibration will radiate and begin to heal not only your physical body but also the bodies of all beings—especially those to whom you are connected.
The following meditations, crystal techniques, essential oil applications, and yoga postures will help you connect with what you may be holding in this chakra. Most importantly, they should help you initiate connection with this energy vortex within you, so you may open into the wisdom it holds.

Meditations
Heart Chakra Meditations
As your coach works with you through the chakra work process, you will want to provide yourself with opportunities to dig deeper into the energy that’s often only available to you when you are completely alone. It is in the space of solitude, silence, and stillness that the veil between our True Essence and our ego-self is thin and we can access the subtle realms of our energy body wisdom. Taking time to be with yourself and these meditations throughout the week will add to their total cleansing and healing capacity.
Use your essential oils in a diffuser or hold your chosen crystal during meditations to deepen into the experience.
Choose from the four options below, depending on your available time and desired supportive work throughout the four weeks we will be working with the heart chakra.

7 min - Open Heart
Open your heart with the healing warmth of a smile. Step into alignment with grace, peace, and harmony.
30 min - Journey home to the heart
This meditation contemplative explores opening three heart aspects: joy, love, and gratitude.
15 min - Buddha Heart
Experience the lotus of acceptance and forgiveness in this guided visualization practice.
15 min - Post Process meditation
Use this to deepen your experience after a chakra process session, or to connect to your subtle heart message.
Use this track during our coaching calls. You may also use it for Theta Brainwave Entrainment and to accompany any unguided or self-guided heart chakra meditation journey you wish to experience.
Eastern Body, Western Mind
Listen to these three excerpts from the book, Eastern Body, Western Mind by Anodea Judith to accompany your healing work and add additional understanding. Contemplate your healing story surrounding the heart chakra and take notes on anything that seems important to your process.
Chakra Healing Work
This process seeks to resolve known and unknown energies that have become the limiting rules of your character and releasing them will take you through a characterological transformation. This kind of transformation involves resolving your unresolved self-sabotaging tendencies, such as where you hold yourself back, take action and then shut yourself down, say you’re interested and then never follow up, betray yourself, and myriad other ways you sabotage yourself from achieving your big Soul Goals. But it won’t be easy, and it won’t necessarily feel good.
In this work, we are attempting to open up lots of stored grief, anger, negativity, etc. and what we open up during the session will continue to release outside the session. This is why it is important to support yourself throughout the week with the aforementioned concepts and therapeutic methods on this Chakra Healing Center page. You may feel sick, dizzy, or otherwise disoriented after a session—this is normal when moving energy, though if this sensation persists for more than a day or two, let me know asap and plan an energy healer visit.
WHAT BLOCKS YOUR CHAKRAS?
Throughout our lives we experience different degrees of negative traumatic experiences that overwhelm our ability to process them. Our way of coping with these events stores that energy so that it becomes hardwired into our physical/energy body system and lies beyond our conscious awareness. When this happens, illnesses manifest, chakras are blocked, and we tend to compensate by defending/avoiding these tender places within us—which makes us feel and act in ways uncharacteristic of our higher-selves.
These traumatic experiences aren’t just stories; they change the brain and nervous system and standard cognitive behavioral therapies are not effective at resolving them. Energy work such as chakra process work and movement practices such as yoga, Qigong, meditation, group singing, dance, and chanting are more effective at resolving these traumas by moving energy and giving us back our ownership of our bodies. These therapies promote the recall of disassociated aspects of ourselves and invite them back into safe embodiment. If you would like to learn more about trauma, please review these and any works by Peter A. Levine, founder of the Somatic Experiencing method or Bessel van der Kolk:

These stored traumas are your blind spots—a part of your shadow that operates in your most fundamental code and affects your every moment. The negative energy of stored traumas makes you feel, do, and say things that are not truly you, yet you become identified with them over time and thus can’t really see them anymore. With every trauma, you leave a little of your Whole-Self behind and your energy becomes more tired, fearful, and heavy as a consequence. The more you can reclaim and integrate these disassociated aspects of yourself through giving them feeling and forgiveness, the more of your power you take back, which makes you feel more focused, grounded, energized, secure, and clear.
Chakra 4: Fearless Loving & the Undefended Heart
Your fourth chakra is your seat of wisdom, joy, love, compassion, enthusiasm to share and connect with others; experiencing beauty and divinity.
LIMITING RULES STORED IN OUR FOURTH CHAKRA
The Fourth Chakra limiting rule: Protect myself from the judgement of others and the pain of disappointment by critically judging all that needs to be fixed and perfected in myself while rejecting and punishing all else.
If the shadow limiting rule is active, here are the resulting Fourth Chakra “Truths.”
I will…
Keep pressure to perfect my shortcomings
Criticize and attack myself to keep myself in line
Flood myself with the fear of certain criticism
Dismiss the love and compliments of others because I don’t deserve it
Only feel loveable if I give more
Never forgive or accept the parts of me that make mistakes
The Fourth Chakra shadow energetic “rule in action”: I won’t let myself feel deserving (yet) because if I try, my mind will flood with ruthless, unrelenting, righteous, merciless self-criticism with facts and evidence that support my judgments and self-punishment…
HEALING PROCESSES YOU’LL EXPERIENCE
• Process 10: Level 2 Forgiveness – Healing the Secret/Unforgivable Wound
• Process 11: Level 3 Forgiveness – Healing the Secret/Unforgiveable Mistake (I should have known better)
• Process 12: Level 4 Forgiveness – Healing the Secret/Unforgivable Flaw (forgiveness of two common shadows)
SEE WHAT IS HIDDEN
Fourth Chakra blindspot:
Completely missing and misunderstood levels of forgiveness work with shadows that allows the heart chakra to heal the self and live in joy, connection and in love with life, beauty, self and others.
HEALING ISSUES CAUSED BY A WEAKENED fourth chakra
Struggling to feel yourself inside / your core
Feeling like something has been missing for a long time
Feeling secretly lonely and like a loner even within a relationship
Often holding back your true feelings
Being overly responsible for everything and everyone from a young age
Constantly criticizing yourself for each and every thing that you could have done better, even
when others celebrate you
Inability to let in praise, compliments, and support. And instead believe you have to be
stronger and soldier on
Difficulty allowing others to help you and instead have to do everything yourself (seeing others
as incompetent)
Never get angry, but will instead dismiss people with inner judgments
Have a secretly tender, but very guarded heart
People can’t feel you and don’t seem to connect with your intention to help them
BENEFITS OF A STRONG fourth CHAKRA
Experience yourself, everything, and everyone as they truly are – beautiful, perfect, and infinitely lovable
Experience magnificent warmth and “field presence” of the undefended heart that loves
Live in the expanded, amazing freedom of true self-acceptance (and freedom from the ruthless
inner critic)
See the pure divinity of yourself and others
Be a healing force through just being you, as people shift from their dark to their light just by
being in your presence
Allow your compassion, softness, caring, and heartfelt intention to be heard AND felt by others
After the guided work, we will unpack your experience a bit with the remaining time. Do prioritize giving yourself time for reflection and integration after each session—at least 10 - 20 minutes. If you want to participate in additional coaching, just let me know before the next call and we can book an additional 15 -30 minutes per your desire.
Regarding the Meditation Path Practices
By now, if you’ve been keeping up with the Awakening Presence Meditation Path practices, you will likely be on or near Practice 18 - Ending Resistance, Reducing Selfishness, Expanding Acceptance. These meditations are designed to accompany your chakra process work as you navigate the entire 16 weeks of the Heart Phase by being the true healing center for all the chakra work. Though we are focusing healing on each of the first four chakras, we are using the heart chakra through the whole process, through each chakra level.
All healing is done through the heart chakra. It’s the most powerful one as it is responsible for integrating the lower and upper three. It is a part of every other chakra healing and integration because it offers your process wisdom (seeing the big picture), compassion, understanding, patience, love and other qualities while you work through these important reckonings.
The Meditation Path offers a variety of heart chakra and Love-focused practices that will enrich and lighten your integration experience while allowing you to express a greater field of love, so please do keep up with your Meditation Path Practices.
The last section has additional supplementary information you may find useful during the next four weeks of heart chakra focus.
