 The Path is Within

 

We have the tendency to believe that getting what we desire means taking action to go out and get it, ‘out there.’ It’s how we get groceries, money, new friends, entertainment, and other satisfactions but when it comes to becoming more of your amazing awakened self, the journey is a step backward going within.

Meditation breaks our habitual energies that point us toward searching ‘out there’ for fulfillment—what I call outward-pointing focus. Practicing gives you Will in bringing awareness to those habit energies, which allows you to take more control over the unconscious governing forces operating in the background of your day-to-day experience. Practicing introduces you to the perfect void of ‘no-thing-ness’ that shows you your true nature while healing your body.

Meditation offers a great many things and it’s variety of forms are paths leading to different realizations and states of being or healing. Below are three different paths for you to explore intentional meditation, or meditation with a goal.
