The quality of your awakened presence experience is directly dependent on your vitality.

Vitality in this teaching is the collective health of your two bodies, your biological body and your energy body. In this concept is where the term BioVibrational originates.

Realizing you are both the awareness (consciousness)—the sense of aliveness (vibrational energy)—and a physical body (biological), is an important leap in understanding the nature of your wellness or un-wellness for that matter.

Both bodies require separate, distinct nutriment and my program will revolutionize the way you think about healthy lifestyle.

Optimizing your vitality

 

Optimizing your vitality means working to get nutritive elements from this list into your lifestyle.

The program goes into more specifics regarding lesser-known vital elements of health such as your endocannabinoid and endrocrine systems and how their balance is critical to achieving bliss states of presence. How primordial and natural elements actually feed your energy body to stoke up your awakening presence energy (Kundalini/Shakti).

We will look at your diet and lifestyle nutriments from each perspective and find ways to optimize practices that will bring you back into BioVibrational balance.

 

Energy routines

Throughout my battles with chronic illness, I have discovered a few affordable tools that can be used at home that have taken my vital energies from ordinary to extraordinary. I’m a big believer in receiving energy work, but it can be expensive to do as regularly as people need (every day). So rather than have you pay $1000’s for daily energy work, I recommend you get regular tune ups with me or your favorite practitioner as much as you can afford, and in the time between visits—practice your own energy healing.

It’s important to consider energy-body hygiene, the way you would physical-body hygiene.

Qigong is an excellent daily energy practice and I also like the daily energy routines created by Donna Eden for example, but there is so much more. Here’s a nice, but older video of hers that can show you a basic but effective routine.

 

Photobiomodulation - light therapy

Did you know your body is a photosynthesizing vessel? Look no further than vitamin D production for proof, but there is SO MUCH MORE to this amazing field of research that I really want to share with you.

I am a believer in light therapy as it seems to offer a universal ‘panacea’ effect on health, and can be beneficial for most any health condition, or to just increase vital energies (both biological, and energetic).

There is an exciting field of medicine that interacts with your vibrational field that I have had profound results with for myself and my clients. Light therapy and sonotherapy are actually under the classification of frequency medicine, but there are other devices such as PEMF and RIFE machines that can provide pain relief and management, as well as a whole host of other capabilities. I also use it to clear negative energies that get stuck in my field—bringing me back to feeling vitally alive and positive.
